Call Center Customer Service Representative
Handle all inbound calls professionally, delivering first-contact resolutions and accurate information to customers. Respond to inquiries, research required data, and accurately record call logs in the system of record. De-escalate irate customers and maintain a positive, helpful demeanor to ensure an excellent customer experience. Verify and update customer information, identify priority issues, and escalate when necessary. Perform data entry into SharePoint and the PHA business system while delivering outstanding service to participants, landlords, co-workers, clients, and vendors. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; obtain Housing Choice Voucher Basics certification within 120 days; perform other duties as assigned.
