Design and scale core people programs—such as performance management, career frameworks, and manager enablement. Coach managers through high-impact situations, including feedback, performance, and team dynamics. Proactively identify organizational risks and guide leaders to address issues before they escalate. Build repeatable frameworks and tools to reduce reliance on ad hoc People support, backed by data and qualitative insights. Lead change initiatives with execution discipline, driving adoption and measurable impact as the company grows.
