Assistant (Legal Secretary)
Provide comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to assigned attorneys, enabling efficient workflow and correspondence. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls and room/AV requirements. Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodations; process expenses using Chrome River; and maintain diary entries in Intapp. Prepare, format, and proofread letters and legal documents; create and maintain attorney files; and handle client billing with the Billing department. Operate office equipment for data transmission, printing, faxing, and PDF creation; ensure accurate filing and document management. Collaborate with team members, exercise discretion and diplomacy, and provide backup support as needed in a high-demand environment.
