As an HR Assistant, you will support the Employee Services Office with daily operations, including timesheets, payroll, and uniform distribution. Assist with onboarding paperwork and I-9 documentation, and help coordinate training day tasks. Prepare and verify employee verifications and key employee action forms, and communicate weekly staffing and seasonal evaluations to departments. Handle incoming calls promptly, maintain seasonal team member files, and process payroll adjustments with accuracy. Support seasonal events, enforce policies and procedures fairly, and contribute to office housekeeping and other duties as needed. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; requires strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication.
