Collaborate with the Product Owner and SCRUM team to define and estimate the backlog. Provide and receive feedback during design reviews and code reviews to drive quality. Work with other SCRUM teams on adopting new Supply Chain Algorithms and updating existing ones at the application layer. Focus on numerical quality and maintainability of the codebase; improve algorithms to be numerically stable, CPU- and memory-efficient, performant, and scalable across multi-core and distributed environments. Drive topics to resolution with a high bar for quality, reliability, and efficiency; participate in SCRUM ceremonies and retrospectives; and write unit tests for developed code. Commit to continuous improvement by contributing to robust, maintainable software and effective development processes.
