HR Advisor (Remote AZ)
The HR Advisor provides proactive, consultative HR solutions across talent selection, compensation, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, benefits, policies, training, and compliance. Partner with clients to transition from tactical to strategic HR, enhancing candidate and employee experiences and reducing turnover. Stay current on employment laws and HR best practices; document engagement processes and manage project budgets and milestones. Deliver proactive HR consulting and training while supporting HR systems and processes to improve efficiency. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree; 5+ years as an HR Generalist with at least 2 years in HR consulting; strong knowledge of federal/state laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, I-9) and compliance. Must demonstrate strong communication, time management, initiative, and the ability to work independently and with teams.
