Answer inquiries, relay messages, and schedule sales appointments while delivering strong customer service. Manage CRM entries, Google Calendar, and Google Drive; maintain records and prepare progress reports. Handle lead management and project tracking with occasional on-site photography, traveling within a 30-45 minute radius of Windham, NH. Requirements include at least 1 year as an Office Manager/Receptionist, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Google tools, and social media.
