Property Compliance Analyst

Under close supervision, perform tenant file compliance reviews for government housing programs with a focus on income eligibility under 24 CFR Part 5. Identify potential issues, communicate findings to supervisor, and gather information through program-specific research. Analyze data, interpret results, prepare client-facing reports, and provide recommendations to improve compliance. Work in a deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail, completing approximately 40 reviews per day. Build and maintain professional client relationships, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to additional duties and projects as assigned. This role may require evenings/weekends and domestic travel (roughly 25-35%), with remote or hybrid work options depending on business needs.
