Business Development Liaison (RN/RRT)

Advocate for referred patients through the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess needs. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare professionals by fostering relationships within medical facilities. Coordinate comprehensive care plans with physicians and families using clinical expertise and problem-solving skills. Facilitate patient transfers and proactively address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care. Work full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm) with a weekend on-call rotation and uncapped monthly bonus incentives.
