The Legal E-Billing Specialist maintains accurate e-billing workflow data and supports the accounting team. Retrieve invoice backups, review deductions against client guidelines, and report inconsistencies as needed. Provide attorneys with detailed deduction analysis and suggested appeal strategies. Propose improvements to entries to minimize future deductions and appeals; monitor appeal due dates and submit timely. Review appeal recaps, request write-off approvals, and post approved write-offs as needed. Collaborate with Billing to resolve repetitive reductions, respond to inquiries, and support reporting and special projects.
