Customer Service Specialist

Manage end-to-end order fulfillment: process orders, confirm inventory, and communicate shipping details to customers. Perform SAP-related administrative and operational tasks for allocated accounts with accuracy. Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehousing, and finance to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Provide customers with pricing, order status, and product specifications, updating records accordingly. Handle returns and capture customer complaints, guiding resolution with the service manager. Prioritize orders by delivery requirements, generate reports, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely execution.
