Cyber Security Analyst I

As a Cyber Security Analyst I, you will join the Security Operations team to support IAM initiatives, vulnerability management, and incident response. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining IAM platforms (Azure SSO and Okta), identifying risks, and prioritizing remediation efforts. Operate and tune security tools such as IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM, while ensuring security controls align with IT and infrastructure teams. Investigate and report security incidents, assist with incident response activities, and help drive remediation and lessons learned. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in cybersecurity or related roles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. This hybrid role offers flexible in-office scheduling (1-3 days/week), exposure to modern security technologies, and opportunities for growth.
