Supply Chain Buyer/Material Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end procurement and material flow to support HVAC manufacturing schedules. Create and manage purchase orders based on quotes approved by the Sr Director Supply Chain and forecasted demand. Verify receipts, perform ESD checks, and monitor on-time delivery against supplier KPI targets. Collaborate with contract manufacturers on inventory updates for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, and address NCRs as needed. Maintain Netsuite data including part creation, pricing updates, and essential documentation (MSA/MNDA, BOLs, packing lists). Partner with Engineering and Operations in a fast-growing startup to optimize costs, quality, and cross-functional processes.
