Interventional Radiology Technologist

Provide essential interventional radiology support by preparing the patient and procedure room in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Assist physicians during interventional procedures, operate the C-Arm and fluoroscopy to visualize vascular flow while maintaining sterile technique. Prepare and reposition patients, transfer to and from the procedure room, and document patient data and procedure details accurately. Ensure supplies, instruments, and equipment are ready, clean, and functioning; manage inventory and assist with environmental safety. Adhere to HIPAA, universal precautions, and radiation safety protocols; monitor radiation exposure and manage badges as assigned. Collaborate with physicians and staff, participate in CQI initiatives, support billing accuracy, and contribute to staff training and onboarding.
