Director of Property & Development Accounting

Oversee all accounting functions for industrial projects and entities, ensuring precision, timeliness, and GAAP compliance. Review capital calls, distributions, and cash flow forecasts; manage treasury activities including bank reconciliations and reserve calculations. Lead financial reporting for complex ownership structures, including joint ventures and development partnerships. Ensure compliance with loan documents, JV agreements, leases, and property management contracts. Direct acquisitions, dispositions, and construction-in-progress accounting; provide technical accounting guidance to operations and development teams. Develop and lead the accounting staff, drive process improvements, system enhancements, and deliver ad hoc reports to senior leadership and investors.
