Lead end-to-end architecture for a global Energy Trading and Risk Management solution on Azure, aligning with standards and reference models. Provide technical leadership and governance, guiding solution designs, detailed designs, and Architecture Review Board sessions. Design pragmatic, scalable, cloud-native solutions that balance risk, complexity, cost, and business value while ensuring security and resilience. Act as Reference Model steward (BizzDesign or equivalent tooling), elevating deliverables to conceptual and logical architectures. Build robust data architecture and integration across diverse data types, pipelines, and governance using data mesh and medallion patterns. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, champion architectural excellence, and drive technology foresight and standards alignment.
