Compliance Advisor-2

Conduct on-site audits of commercial and residential waste streams to identify contamination and opportunities for recycling and organics program improvements. Assess each waste stream by material type, record weight data, photo-document materials, and create an audit report. Coordinate audit logistics with Operations and travel to client locations for hands-on audits. Educate clients during events and site visits to promote program participation and compliance. Observe collection practices, enforce program requirements, monitor customer compliance, and maintain organized waste-evaluation files. Document daily activities using Excel or cloud-based software, follow safety standards, wear PPE, and operate with minimal supervision with a valid driver's license.
