Customer Service Associate

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding product selections. Drive sales through knowledgeable product recommendations and up-selling when appropriate. Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays, and assist with inventory receiving and backstock. Support opening and closing procedures, secure cash registers, and uphold store security. Communicate customer feedback and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner; assist with markdowns as needed. This on-site role requires strong English communication, multitasking ability, a customer-focused attitude, and weekend availability.
