Data Center Logistics Lead

Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle for data center infrastructure, from receipt to retirement. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of hardware, validate counts, inspect quality, and keep asset records up to date. Sustain near-perfect inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts, and resolve shortages for deployment and repair. Support project and maintenance workflows by organizing staging areas and fulfilling internal requests for parts and materials. Manage RMAs, warranty claims, and vendor access for third-party service providers, ensuring timely replacements. Generate inventory reports and dashboards, document workflows, and drive process improvements to optimize operations.
